Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served according to high standards. They will work closely with the management team to plan menus that meet customer preferences and seasonal availability of ingredients.

• Plan and implement menu concepts that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and control food costs to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to provide training and support, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Implement and maintain sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying new knowledge to improve menu offerings and culinary expertise.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
• Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Creativity in developing new dishes while also being able to execute classic recipes flawlessly.
• Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
• A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required.
