Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring products are stored, handled, and dispatched in accordance with company standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination, preferably within the fashion industry, focusing on both eastern and western garment production.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management: Assist with accurate tracking, logging, and monitoring of stock levels, ensuring all products are correctly tagged, categorized, and stored.
  2. Receiving Materials: Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, inspect for damages, and complete proper documentation.
  3. Issuance of Materials: Ensure timely issuance of materials as per requirements.
  4. Order Fulfillment: Assist in picking, packing, and dispatching orders in a timely manner, ensuring high presentation and care standards.
  5. Warehouse Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, optimizing storage space while adhering to safety and operational guidelines.
  6. Stock Control: Conduct regular stock checks, assist with cycle counts, identify discrepancies, and support resolution of stock issues.
  7. Stock Audit: Assist audit team in stock audits.
  8. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of warehouse transactions and assist in generating reports as required by the management team.
  9. Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse team members, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
  10. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality control in the warehouse, handling luxury products with utmost care.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Intermediate or relevant qualification in supply chain or warehouse management is beneficial.
  2. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the fashion sector, is advantageous but not essential.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Effective communication skills and ability to interact with various departments.
  6. Proficiency in basic computer systems and warehouse management software (WMS).
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  8. Passion for luxury fashion and commitment to upholding brand standards.
  9. Physical stamina to lift or move products as required.
