Job Description:

Packaging Machinery Operator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Packaging Machinery Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of packaging machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate packaging machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Loading materials, adjusting settings for different products, and performing quality control checks.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
  • Troubleshooting minor issues with machinery and reporting any major problems to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in machine operation and using hand tools.
  • Skills in machinery management and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
