Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have experience in QuickBooks, accounting entries and concepts, as well as exceptional team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of accountants responsible for QuickBooks operations
  • Review and record general ledger transactions, including reconciliations, to ensure accuracy
  • Provide professional services to clients using multiple cloud-based software solutions
  • Produce financial reports from QuickBooks and troubleshoot mapping and general ledger transaction issues
  • Prepare and respond to client requests in a timely manner

Requirements & Qualifications:

Qualified candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in accounting or finance
  • ACCA/CA qualified or partially qualified
  • Previous QuickBooks experience is required
  • Prioritization given to candidates with experience in QuickBooks Online and not just QuickBooks desktop
  • Previous manager and supervisory role is necessary
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal English
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles and concepts
  • High degree of computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy in communication
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
