Operations Manager Position

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation of one of our organization's lines of business.

This critical role requires making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.

  1. Lead the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  2. Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
  3. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  2. Work with senior stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
  3. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  4. Collaborate with the board of directors to set values and mission.
  5. Identify and address problems and opportunities for growth.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in operations management or a related field, and experience in management, operations, and leadership specifically in software-house, SEO Agency, or company providing digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, solid understanding of financial management, and ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
