Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calls and emails.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges, conduct thorough consultations to assess how our services can benefit their business.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations that showcase our services, develop customized proposals outlining solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement, close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, provide ongoing support and communication to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in digital marketing or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
