Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

This role involves ensuring the highest quality of our products by identifying and resolving bugs, edge cases, and usability issues.

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and bug reporting
  • Experience writing clear, thorough test cases and scenarios
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to validate new features and updates before they reach our users.

Create and execute detailed manual test plans for new features and releases. Perform exploratory testing to uncover bugs, edge cases, and usability issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand feature requirements and risk areas.

Responsibilities
  • Reproduce, log, and track issues with precision and clarity
  • Maintain and update test documentation in sync with evolving product features
  • Identify critical usability issues in multi-step user flows
  • Test EHR-integrated healthcare workflows or data-intensive dashboards
