Cashiering Specialist

This role involves managing customer payments across various platforms, ensuring smooth and accurate processing.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and data entry skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a positive proactive attitude.

About the Role:

• Daily allocation of payments for all accounts across Australia and New Zealand
• Managing high volumes of customer queries via phone and email
• Supporting online access queries and card administration with a 24-hour turnaround
• Maintaining multiple inboxes and managing cash application tasks
• Resolving complex payment issues and providing accurate receipting
• Liaising with internal teams such as Loss Prevention, IT, Accounting, Credit, and Store Operations

• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
• A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering great service
