We're seeking a results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth through effective lead generation and strategic partnerships.
You'll:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr) and outbound outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop tailored proposals and pitch decks to present our services and capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to align solutions with client needs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue goals.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
Your ideal background includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (Fresh graduates with strong profiles may also apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confidence in building long-term relationships and managing multiple client interactions.
- Familiarity with digital services such as software development, UI/UX design, or marketing solutions is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized.
- Experience with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer).
- Understanding of tech/digital agency workflows.
- Basic knowledge of proposal writing and pricing strategies.
