Frontend Engineering Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Engineering Manager to lead and mentor our Frontend Engineering team. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to drive the success of our frontend systems.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement scalable frontend solutions using React.js.
  • Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless API integrations.
  • Drive performance optimizations, improving load times, rendering efficiency, and overall application responsiveness.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React.js, including state management, hooks, and component-based architecture.
  • Proficiency in PHP and experience working with backend APIs.
  • Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and scalability principles.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
