Job Overview:

As a Fraud Analyst, you'll investigate data trails, identify patterns, and prevent fraud before it causes significant issues. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create safe, seamless experiences for drivers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Query large datasets using SQL to detect patterns, anomalies, and potential fraud trends.
  • Audit and automate fraud detection through SQL scripts and triggers for real-time activity monitoring.
  • Analyze trends and present insights using SQL, Python, and BI tools (dashboards, alerts, visualizations).
  • Inform cross-functional teams about risks and assist in designing mitigation strategies.
  • Refine fraud prevention policies and automation mechanisms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques to combat financial crime.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in fraud detection, risk analysis, or related areas.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Qlik.
  • Bonus: experience in payments, fraud investigations, transaction analytics, or regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights clearly.
