Senior Marketing Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and event marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support marketing efforts.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Provide strategic direction and support to the Marketing & Promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular feedback surveys with clients to analyze their requirements in-depth and to drive/monitor Customer Satisfaction ensuring the customer's expectations are not just met but exceeded.
  • Relationship building to foster Market networking opportunities.
  • Prepare internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, quarterly corporate reports, presentations, technical documentation, marketing support, etc. as needed.
  • Manage client contacts in a prompt, efficient manner, providing accurate and thorough responses to requests for information.
  • Assist MD in various tasks and accompany in meetings with corporate clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Point: Experience in using marketing automation software to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
