">Senior Python Developer Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our tech department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure web applications using the Django framework.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python 3.x programming language, with in-depth knowledge of the Django framework. Experience with Celery and Redis is also highly desirable. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of web development principles, RESTful APIs, and MVC architecture.

As a Senior Python Developer, you will collaborate closely with our team to define and translate software requirements into technical specifications. You will implement and maintain backend APIs, integrate them with front-end components, and ensure the application's performance, scalability, and security. Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and Django framework.
  • Write efficient, reusable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to define and translate software requirements into technical specifications.
  • Implement and maintain backend APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
  • Ensure the application's performance, scalability, and security.
  • Debug and resolve issues and bugs reported by the quality assurance team or end-users.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Python 3.x programming language.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Django framework.
  • Experience using Celery and Redis in developing solutions.
  • Solid understanding of web development principles, RESTful APIs, and MVC architecture.
  • Experience with database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Proficient in working with version control systems, preferably Git.
