Job Overview

This IT Infrastructure Manager position plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of network infrastructure, encompassing equipment, servers, and software applications.

The ideal candidate will provide durable and cost-effective solutions to meet IT-related needs, leveraging technical expertise, customer service skills, and organizational abilities to support various groups within the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate, test, and deploy software and hardware upgrades to ensure high-performing networking infrastructure.
  2. Assist in configuring and deploying core and peripheral network devices, staying current on latest technologies and devices.
  3. Proactively monitor network devices, services, and servers using a combination of tools to maintain high availability and meet SLAs.
  4. Collect and analyze network utilization data for capacity planning and decision-making purposes.
  5. Collaborate with the team to develop, implement, test, and maintain disaster recovery plans.
  6. Manage and troubleshoot network and internet connectivity throughout the organization.
  7. Work closely with fellow tech team members to provide end-user support and resolve issues efficiently.
  8. Maintain current knowledge of emerging tools and technologies to make informed recommendations.
  9. Research and evaluate new technologies to support business requirements.
  10. Develop and maintain accurate documentation for all processes and procedures.
