Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team.

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Develop comprehensive financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  • Financial Data Interpretation: Analyze variances, trends, and other factors to identify areas for improvement and support informed decision-making.
  • Vendor Management and Bank Reconciliation: Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor statements, and internal ledgers to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Budgeting and Monitoring: Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitoring budget utilization across various departments.
  • Accounts Payable Processes: Oversee invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor communication to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor student fee collection, aging analysis, and follow-ups to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Accurate Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and financial policies.
  • Audit Support and Compliance: Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations to facilitate smooth audit processes.
