Job Responsibilities:

  2. Conduct Market Research: Dive deep into industry analysis, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to inform creative decisions.
  3. Collaborate with Designers: Work closely with visual experts to bring ad concepts to life, ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
  4. Lead A/B Testing: Drive weekly tests of hooks, visuals, headlines, and CTAs to refine and optimize campaign performance.
  5. Organize Swipe Files: Maintain a centralized library of creative assets and test documentation, facilitating informed decision-making.
  6. Analyze Ad Performance: Collaborate with media buyers to review campaign metrics, identify areas for improvement, and scale high-performing creatives.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital copywriting, ad creation, or creative strategy.
  • Strong grasp of direct-response marketing and online consumer psychology.
  • Proven ability to write compelling headlines, ad copy, and scripts that convert.
  • Experience working alongside media buyers and creative teams.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Excellent communication, research, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with data-driven creative testing and knowledge of performance marketing and lead generation funnels.
  • Familiarity with AI writing tools like Copy .AI, Jasper, or similar.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
