The Training Department at Savvital plays a crucial role in the comprehensive development of associates through initial, ongoing, and work-specific training. The team oversees the associates' progress, delivers training, ensures understanding, and evaluates performance throughout the Training Program. The program focuses on equipping associates with core concepts, software proficiency, and client-specific requirements. In addition to providing support during the initial period, the Training Team assists with problem-solving, inquiries, and general support requests. Furthermore, they develop customized training plans tailored to clients' needs, enabling seamless integration and successful outcomes. The department also designs and drafts training content, maintains databases, coordinates with other teams, and manages miscellaneous tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ability to multitask and track multiple trainees' progress, all at different stages of the training program. Monitor and review the progress of all trainees.
  2. Manage and execute the initial training phases.
  3. Able to successfully conduct sessions and convey their understanding of the training content to new associates.
  4. Experience working with databases and CRMs; effectively able to administer and keep up to date all relevant databases. Able to utilize their functions competently.
  5. Ensure compliance with all training SOPs.
  6. Research, filter out, refine, and present content on current and new industries for Training purposes.
  7. Ensure that content, design, and context of all training material remains current for the relevant industry needs. Able to identify gaps in said content, through attention to detail and provide solutions proactively through research.
  8. Take initiative and generate ideas to assist in developing the training program.
  9. Identify and prioritize organizational training needs and programs in line with the company's strategy and vision.
  10. Able to identify problems and improve, change, and adapt existing methods and techniques.
  11. Assist in collaborating with core functional teams to assess training and development processes and needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in researching various topics and generating content.
  • Experience in designing and creating content, both visual and written.
  • Academic Writing and Content Creation Proficiency.
  • Research and Analytical Skills.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Documentation Optimization Proficiency.
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation & Interpersonal Skills.
  • A Dedicated Team Player.
  • Patience, Motivation, Compassion, and Proactiveness.
  • Willing to explore out of their comfort zone to achieve potential solutions to various problems.
  • Keen to assist people with their learning and development with proven people management skills.
  • Able to utilize resources at their disposal to streamline processes and optimize workflow.
  • Be able to effectively communicate, listen, adapt, and reiterate while delivering training sessions.

Working Arrangements:

This is a Full-time Onsite role with US Hours' Shift. Specific hours will be determined based on business needs.
