Agricultural Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage daily production activities, including planning, organizing, and controlling resources.
• Monitor and maintain equipment performance, perform routine maintenance tasks, and address any technical issues promptly.
• Supervise and train production staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure high-quality output.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to identify and resolve any issues or defects in the production process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.

• Education:
• Agriculture Graduate degree from an accredited institution.

• Skills and Qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of tobacco production processes, including curing and grading.
• Proficient in MS Office and other productivity software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
