Senior HR Executive @ M&P Express Logistics | MPA, Human Resources

This position will be responsible for all receivable amounts through cheque from corporate customers and retaining, deepening, cross selling and growing the business with Corporate, SME & COD customers.

Responsibilities

  • Keep track of competitor products, services & market rates and have proper research of customer business needs and identify new opportunities.
  • Generate Sales pipeline in the SME market and maintain a strong database of customer information.
  • Liaise with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to resolve payment issues.
  • Ensure timely invoice submission to customers.
  • Follow-up on sales leads identified in customer calls and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to close prospective sales.
  • Maintain relationship with customers by assisting them and acting as their advocate in resolving business issues (e.g., Claims, Damages, etc.).
  • Record and update account activity (e.g., call notes, billing updates, credit notes, service issues, etc.) to ensure customer information and interaction are accurately documented.
  • Meet monthly recovery targets and goals.
  • Develop and implement effective recovery strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Graduate in any relevant field.

Good Negotiation Skills.

0-1 year of Experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve regular recovery targets and develop innovative strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Entry-level experience preferred.
