Responsibilities:
  1. High-level requirement analysis, estimation, and scheduling.
  2. Planning, monitoring, tracking, controlling, and reporting on engineering activities.
  3. Preparing technical designs.
  4. Reviewing technical designs, code, test plans, and test results.
  5. Supporting testing in system integration and user acceptance testing.
  6. Preparing for releases.
  7. Contributing to non-functional requirements such as performance and security testing.
  8. Providing post-implementation support.
  9. Representing the engineering team in project meetings and discussions with stakeholders and other IT teams.
  10. Leading and guiding a team of approximately 5 or more engineers to deliver projects as per effort and timelines.
  11. Managing multiple projects (2-3 for small to medium size).
  12. Reporting on status and metrics.
  13. Managing defects effectively.
  14. Supporting and coordinating change management activities.
  15. Supporting defect prevention activities.
  16. Implementing process improvements based on lessons learned.
