We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team.

This role is responsible for assisting with all aspects of finance and accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

The successful candidate will compile monthly financial statements and prepare the monthly financial package for management.

They will also assist with cash forecasting and monitoring to ensure working capital needs are met.

Maintaining a chart of accounts and assisting with project budgeting are also key responsibilities.

Additionally, they will prepare grant reporting and filings, assist management in formulating its overall strategic direction, and explore new avenues to increase the organization's overall turnover profitability.

Other duties include preparing feasibilities for new projects and ventures, reviewing the company's external investments, and calculating ROI/ROIC.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, with a master's degree or professional certification preferred.

They will have proven experience as a Finance/Accounting Manager or similar role, with strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial processes, and accounting principles.

Proficiency in accounting software and excellent analytical skills are also essential.
