About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing security functions, supervising staff, and liaising with government agencies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage security functions
- Liaise with government agencies
- Supervise staff
- Manage procurement systems
- Handle hotel reservations and expatriate travel
- Assist executive guests and manage protocol
- Oversee visa management and transport
- Maintain office premises and residences
- Ensure the maintenance of company assets
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in general administration
- An MBA or MPA degree or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to motivate others and work in a multi-dimensional environment
- A commitment to following departmental procedures
- A working knowledge of software applications like MS Office
