Architectural Visualization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Visualization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renderings of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise in property rendering or architectural visualization. You will work closely with developers, architects, and marketing agencies to deliver visual assets that meet project timelines.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Create photorealistic 3D renderings of various property types.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to accurately interpret plans and specifications.
  • Produce exterior and interior renderings, ensuring all textures, lighting, and materials reflect real-world conditions.
  • Work with the design team to ensure timely delivery of visual assets.
  • Utilize industry-standard 3D rendering software provided by Houzz Pro.
  • Ensure all renderings align with brand guidelines and project goals.
  • Make adjustments based on client feedback.


To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property rendering or architectural visualization.
  • Proficiency in 3D rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Revit).
  • Strong knowledge of lighting, shading, texture mapping, and rendering techniques.
  • Familiarity with Photoshop or other graphic design software for post-production work.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and design sketches.
  • High attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

A degree or certification in architecture, interior design, graphic design, or a related field can be beneficial. Experience working with real estate developers, architects, or marketing agencies is also desirable.
