React JS Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced React JS expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of React JS and its ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop High-Quality Applications: Develop complex and scalable web applications using React JS.
  • Lead Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality code is maintained throughout the project.
  • Improve Performance: Identify areas for improvement and optimize application performance to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver projects successfully.
  • Implement User Interfaces: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly user interfaces.
  • Test and Debug Applications: Utilize unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, Mocha) to ensure codebase quality. Troubleshoot and debug issues to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Mentor Junior Developers: Share knowledge and expertise with junior developers to improve their skills and contribute to the team's growth.
  • Participate in Agile Methodology: Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment.
  • Document Technical Solutions: Write and maintain technical documentation for React application components and features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend web development, with at least 3 years specializing in ReactJS.
  • ReactJS Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of React.js, including hooks, context, and React Router.
  • JavaScript Expertise: Solid understanding of JavaScript ES6+, including promises, async/await, closures, and asynchronous programming.
  • State Management: Strong experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or MobX.
  • Responsive Design: Proven experience in developing responsive web applications using CSS3, SASS, or Styled Components.
  • API Integration: Proficiency in integrating with RESTful APIs and GraphQL to fetch and send data.
  • Version Control: Experience with Git for version control and collaboration (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
  • Testing Frameworks: Experience with Jest, Enzyme, Cypress, or other frontend testing frameworks.
  • Build Tools: Knowledge of build tools like Webpack, Babel, and task runners like Gulp or npm scripts.
  • Cross-browser Compatibility: Ability to ensure the application works across various browsers and devices.
  • UI/UX Understanding: Experience in collaborating with UX/UI designers to implement engaging user interfaces.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile development environment with regular sprint cycles.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to troubleshoot and optimize web applications.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • TypeScript: Experience working with TypeScript to build scalable applications.
  • Server-side Rendering: Familiarity with Next.js for server-side rendering or static site generation.
  • CSS Frameworks: Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material-UI.
  • CI/CD: Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI, CircleCI).
  • Cloud Platforms: Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for front-end hosting and deployment.
  • Design Systems: Experience with Design Systems and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
