Job Summary:

This mid-senior level contract specialist role is responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting in-depth research, and collaborating with other departments to develop policies and procedures.

  • About the Role
    • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
    • Conduct thorough legal research to analyze and understand complex laws and regulations.
    • Collaborate with other departments to establish and implement effective legal policies and procedures.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of legal documentation, including filings and record keeping.
    • Provide expert guidance and support to other departments on legal matters.
    • Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in law is required for this position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal principles and practices is a must for this contract specialist role.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is critical.
  • Familiarity with contract law and commercial agreements is an asset for this position.
