Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring timely reconciliation of payments, ledgers, vouchers, and cash payments from vendors and suppliers.
  • Handle material purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and material receiving notes with precision and efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage petty cash accounts, vouchers, and expense reports, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and control site budgets, costs, and procurement expenses, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Reconcile daily cash flow, vendor bills, and material invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • C coordinate with procurement and store departments for invoice verification and GRNs, ensuring smooth processes and minimal delays.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors, subcontractors, and labor staff after due approvals, maintaining positive relationships and resolving any disputes promptly.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documents and clarifications, demonstrating professionalism and expertise.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Pakistan's tax laws and invoicing procedures, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
