About the Role

We are looking for an Executive Support Manager to oversee the delivery of excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing operations and providing support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the migration of copper services to fiber-optic networks.
  2. Improve installation quality through regular site visits.
  3. Reduce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) accidents and injuries.
  4. Achieve wireline Gross Sales Targets for various products.
Requirements
  • Qualification: BS/BE in Electrical or Telecom Engineering.
  • Experience: At least one year in the field.
  • Skills: Familiarity with Flash Fiber Design Flow and tools used in fiber operation.
