We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters to better understand their real estate requirements.
Cultivating Strong Relationships:
- You will develop long-lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Offer expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
Property Listings & Showings:
- You will oversee property listings for sale and rent, ensuring all details are accurate and current.
- Lead property viewings and highlight key features to potential clients.
Market Research & Insights:
- Stay informed about local real estate trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Provide well-informed recommendations based on the latest market data and real estate conditions.
Negotiation & Deal Finalization:
- You will serve as a mediator between buyers and sellers to negotiate favorable terms.
- Facilitate smooth transactions by handling paperwork, legal procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Sales Targets & Reporting:
- You will strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor sales progress and provide regular reports to the management team.
Key Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Prior experience in real estate sales or property management is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
