Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing various visual elements across digital and offline media, including web applications, mobile wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design visually appealing web applications, mobile wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using industry-standard design software.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, including infographics, that effectively communicate the company's message.
  • Develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with the company's brand identity.
  • Identify and resolve user experience (UX) problems in collaboration with the development team.
  • Work on creating social media and email marketing campaigns that showcase the company's products.
  • Design animations for social media posts and ads to captivate the audience.
  • Collaborate with the development team to create screen designs/mockups of new functionalities and lead UI/UX improvements in existing applications.
  • Support developers and the design team during the asset export process.
  • Ensure that the user interface (UI) design meets the intended UX goals through thorough testing.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two to three years of experience as a graphic designer.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing demonstrable graphic design skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to take full ownership of their work and contribute to team efforts as needed.
