Job Description

A pivotal role is available for an Assistant Manager MIS Coordinator, responsible for spearheading business analysis activities to gather reporting and dashboard requirements.

  • Gathering insights from stakeholders defines the scope of reports and dashboards.
  • Actionable specifications are developed to inform data-driven solutions creation.
  • Cross-functional teams collaborate to migrate legacy reports to Cognos BI, streamlining data visualization and analytics.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level reports and dashboards utilizing Oracle Reports/Forms and SQL queries.
  • A strong background in working with users to identify requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of data warehouse concepts, including logical and physical data modeling.
  • Proficiency in the Cognos BI product suite, including Report Studio, Analysis Studio, and Query Studio.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Report Builder and performance tuning techniques for optimized reporting queries.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of data integration issues, including validation and cleaning, as well as complex data structures.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but equivalent combinations of experience, education, and training will be considered.
