Job Overview

A Mechanical Engineer is required to oversee and direct manufacturing operations to meet volume, quality, and cost objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficient operation of mechanical equipment, including pumps, gears, conveyors, sifters, dryers, elevators, mills, centrifuges, ID/FD fans, and compressors.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to guarantee optimal performance, aligning with IMS/GMP standards.
  • Manage maintenance activities, encompassing PM/CM scheduling, introducing smart maintenance techniques, and evaluating critical store items.
  • Supervise project execution, including sharing new quality ideas, preparing feasibility reports, and ensuring safe project completion within stipulated timeframes.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by identifying and mitigating risks, adhering to EHS standards.
  • Identify and propose cost reduction opportunities, suggesting new equipment, methods, and procedures to minimize labor expenses.
  • Lead and develop staff, fostering self-motivation, commitment, and best working practices among team members.
