Client Acquisition and Retention Specialist:
We are seeking a Client Acquisition and Retention Specialist to help us grow our client base and build strong, lasting relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and analyzing market trends to inform business decisions.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new clients through targeted outreach and sales efforts
  • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales performance targets

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • English language proficiency
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
