South Asia Community Manager Role

Become a key member of our team and contribute to the growth and success of our community in South Asia. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and manage a diverse community.

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate & Community Manager to join our team in South Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing affiliate programs, building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates, and fostering a positive community environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing affiliate and/or community programs, preferably in the fintech space, ideally in the crypto space. They should have a strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the broader fintech landscape. A business development background is a plus.

About the Job:

  • Manage affiliate programs, including KOL management and negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates
  • Foster a positive community environment through engagement and community events
  • Analyze performance data to optimize affiliate channel effectiveness
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on community growth, engagement, and sentiment

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing affiliate and/or community programs
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and fintech
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in Urdu and English; other languages a plus
