We are seeking a skilled and passionate Machine Learning Engineer to join our team as an AI Model Development Expert. As an AI Model Development Expert, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models that enhance our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models in real-world applications.
  • Improve and optimize existing machine learning models for better performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand requirements, and implement AI solutions.
  • Research and stay updated with the latest trends in machine learning and AI technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of tools and frameworks for machine learning model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to support machine learning workflows.
  • Document processes and results for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI model development.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, etc.).
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and HuggingFace.
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries like SpaCy, Gensim, or transformers is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agentic AI Frameworks is a plus.
  • Knowledge of model deployment techniques and tools.
  • Experience with model fine-tuning and optimizing AI models for specific use cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • A passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
