Job Title: Advanced Software Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software development specialist to join our team. As an advanced software development specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing software architecture and applications based on business requirements, adhering to best practices.

You will mentor and coach team members to foster ongoing skills development, troubleshoot code-level problems efficiently, and provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to our development teams. Additionally, you will evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes for high-quality product platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams in technology and product roadmap discussions, and participate in code review, refactoring, and improvement.

To succeed in this role, you should have 1+ years' experience designing enterprise-class products, 3+ years' experience in software development, excellent proficiency in Microsoft Technologies (.NET / .NET Core, Web Services), Web technologies (ReactJS, Typescript, KenduUI, CSS, HTML), Enterprise Applications (Microservices, Containers, Service orchestration), Database (SQL Server), and Others (Git, GitFlow, Linux). Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, agile environment, self-motivated, quick learner, and responsive team player are also required. Furthermore, you should possess strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
