ERP Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced ERP Consultant with proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our team. This role demands a blend of technical mastery, advanced customization capabilities, and project management skills to drive critical business enhancements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end solution design and implementation, customizing Dynamics 365 modules including project management, logistics, HR, supply chain, inventory management, and sales to optimize business performance.

Solution Design & Customization:

• Architect, develop, and deploy customizations and extensions using X++ for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Customize and enhance ERP functionality across key modules:

  • Project Management: Scheduling, resource allocation, milestone tracking.

  • Logistics & Supply Chain: Custom workflows, transportation management, vendor coordination.

  • HR Management: Recruitment, payroll integration, performance tracking.

  • Inventory & Sales: Inventory tracking, pricing rules, CRM/storefront integration.

System Integration & Development:

• Develop robust integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, OData, and middleware to connect Dynamics 365 ERP with third-party platforms.

• Execute data migration and synchronization while ensuring data integrity.

• Utilize Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Dataverse to enhance scalability.

Project Management & Coordination:

• Lead technical project efforts: define scopes, set timelines, allocate resources, and monitor milestones.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment.

• Conduct risk assessments while ensuring compliance with performance and security standards.

Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:

• Perform performance audits, optimize database queries, and fine-tune custom code for seamless performance.

• Implement security best practices (role-based access, data encryption, Active Directory integration).

• Deliver advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for system issues.

Documentation & Support:

• Prepare detailed technical documentation for architectures, integrations, and configurations.

• Provide post-implementation support and user training to ensure smooth adoption.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.

Professional Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations).

• Proven expertise in complex customizations and multi-module ERP implementations (Project Management, Logistics, HR, Supply Chain, Inventory, Sales).

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong command of X++ (or AL), C#, .NET frameworks.

• Proficient with SQL Server, data modeling, and query optimization.

• Skilled in REST/SOAP APIs, OData, JSON, XML integrations.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Azure DevOps, Power Platform tools.

Project Management Skills:

• Experience leading technical projects and cross-functional teams under strict deadlines.

• Knowledge of tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps Boards.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate.

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.

• Azure or DevOps certifications are a plus.
