About the Role

We are a rapidly expanding e-commerce business seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to oversee our TikTok Shop.

No prior experience with TikTok Shop is required, as we will provide comprehensive training. However, candidates must possess prior experience in social media management and hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • TikTok Shop Management: Oversee all aspects of the TikTok Shop, including product listings, promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement creative social media strategies to drive sales and engagement on TikTok.
  • Live Selling & Promotions: Coordinate and execute TikTok Live selling events and promotional campaigns.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers to drive traffic and sales.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze TikTok Shop performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, viral content, and algorithm changes to maximize reach.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
