About the Role

The Senior Salesforce Developer will be part of an agile team that designs, develops, and maintains the enterprise Salesforce platform and other related software applications.

This role requires strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with developing solutions involving relational database technologies is also necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and at least 3 years of direct development experience with Salesforce.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience working with global teams, proficiency in Agile, Scrum development, and willingness to work in evening/night shifts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust solutions using Agile methodologies.
  • Participate in design sessions for new product features and capabilities.
  • Engineer components and common services based on standard corporate development models, languages, and tools.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
  • Support and maintain production environments.
