Job Summary

We seek a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales initiatives, lead our sales team, and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets. This role demands a proactive leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to foster growth and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and maintain a competitive edge.
  2. Foster long-lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication, tailored support, and unwavering commitment to their needs.
  3. Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and aspirations.
  4. Promote the value proposition effectively through compelling proposals and presentations.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and category-specific landscapes.
  6. Provide regular insights on market dynamics, influencing budgets and strategic direction for key accounts.
  7. Lead a team of sales professionals; set clear expectations, offer guidance, mentorship, and coaching, and evaluate performance regularly.
  8. Present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, driving informed decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of sales success, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing manager, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling credible influence at all levels.
  • Able to drive the sales process from initial engagement to successful closure.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and industry expertise.
  • Exceptional mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Motivated by success, passionate about sales, and committed to delivering outstanding results.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages a significant asset.
