Senior Merchandiser Responsibilities

About the Job

This position requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You will be responsible for managing knit product development, including sampling approval processes, T&A (WIP) follow-up, and price negotiations with suppliers.

  • You will support knit product development, costing, and price negotiations.
  • Assist in sampling approval processes, ensuring timely submissions and proper execution (lab dips, fabric color, and quality approvals).
  • Follow up regularly on T&A (WIP) and ensure timely reporting of delivery status.
  • Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and merchandising teams to negotiate prices, quantities, and schedules.
