About the Role

A seasoned Business Project Support Specialist is required to join our team at iGate. This individual will be responsible for supporting business operations and cross-functional projects with a strong focus on digital business coordination and project management.

The successful candidate will possess 1 to 1.5 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of project workflows, e-commerce ecosystems, and interdepartmental collaboration. A bachelor's or master's degree from a reputable UK or US university is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan, execute, and monitor business projects aligned with strategic objectives.
  2. Track deliverables, manage project timelines, and support communication across departments.
  3. Maintain accurate documentation and oversee proper archiving of project records.
  4. Assist in the management and review of contracts, service agreements, and financial documentation.
  5. Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of documents.
  6. Assist in day-to-day management of online marketplaces and platforms.
  7. Collaborate with product and compliance teams to align offerings with legal and regulatory standards.
  8. Assist in risk assessments, documentation, and regulatory reviews across product life cycles.
  9. Manage communication and coordination with external vendors and service providers.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable UK or US university (preferred).
  • Experience: 1 to 1.5 years in Project Management, project administration, business operations or similar roles.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital business operations.
  • Familiarity with contract handling, compliance workflows, and internal reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools, project management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
