The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and the ability to interpret and apply ISO standards in diverse organizational contexts. Proven experience in conducting internal and external audits, managing certification processes, and driving improvements is essential.

This role requires a Business Continuity and Quality Improvement Lead who can identify opportunities for improvement within the IMS and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. The successful candidate will also develop and refine policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with ISO standards to ensure compliance and efficiency in operations.

In addition, the Risk Management and Quality Control Expert will conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with quality, continuity, environment, and occupational health and safety. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders are necessary.

The selected candidate will have a Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager role and will be responsible for planning and conducting regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards, analyzing data to identify trends, and evaluating the effectiveness of IMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IMS compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with quality, continuity, environment, and occupational health and safety
  • Develop and refine policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with ISO standards
  • Plan and conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards
  • Analyze data to identify trends and evaluate the effectiveness of IMS

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in ISO standards (e.g., Lead Auditor / Implementor ISO 9001:2015, 22301, 45001, 14001)
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in implementing and managing QMS, preferably across ISO 9001, 22301, 14001, and 45001 standards
