Job Description

This role involves producing and editing videos, colour grading, creating motion graphics, and developing various graphic assets. A key focus will be on collaborating with the creative team to create visually appealing and high-quality digital content that meets client expectations and project timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing video and graphic design work, excellent sense of timing, visual awareness, and storytelling abilities. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential.

A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred. Experience with motion graphics and animation is also desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Produce and edit videos, colour grade, create motion graphics, and develop various graphic assets.
  • Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to develop creative concepts and ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
  • Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital & social media, brand identity, and print media.
  • Create motion graphics and simple animations; optimise videos and graphics for various digital platforms (e.g., REELS, promo videos, etc.).
  • Maintain organised project files and asset libraries; manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices; incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions.
  • Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
  • Develop production and branding design and overall layout for social media, advertisements, magazines, banners, products, brochures, and more.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a video editor and graphic designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video and graphic design work.
  • Excellent sense of timing, visual awareness, and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
