Full Stack Technical Lead Job Description

You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of interesting projects using the latest technologies.

This is an exciting role that requires a blend of hands-on and technical leadership within a passionate technical team, building hybrid and native mobile applications. As a Full Stack Technical Lead, you will be comfortable with working in a fast-paced and agile environment, bringing innovation and knowledge to the team. You will also continuously improve our frameworks and processes around delivering mobile applications efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Object-oriented design and programming
  2. UI and back-end development (Flutter and Xamarin)
  3. Systems integration
  4. Technical problem solving
  5. Research and development using emerging technologies
  6. Expert level in modern mobile and server coding and design practices, including MVVM, SOLID principles, and TDD
  7. In-depth knowledge about multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, Web, and API services
  8. Experienced in software development life cycle releases
  9. Skills in managing multiple projects at once and adapting to changing priorities

Job Requirements:

  1. A strong understanding of application design and debugging
  2. Strong English language skills, demonstrating good speaking and excellent written skills in English
  3. Object-oriented programming in any programming language

Education and Experience:

  1. Degree educated: Undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree/qualification in a relevant subject
  2. Experience of managing development teams, including assessment, task distribution, motivation, clarification of requirements, and unblocking
  3. At least 2 years of experience in similar positions; this is not an entry-level role
  4. Experience working on several complex software projects across different industries
  5. At least 5 years of experience in this field or other roles where you could have developed the required skills
