We are seeking a seasoned testing professional to lead our system and integration testing efforts. As a Senior Consultant Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing process, ensuring that our systems meet the highest quality standards.

  • You will work closely with senior test analysts and test analysts to develop a comprehensive testing strategy, estimate requirements, and devise test plans.
  • Responsibilities include reviewing test plans, mapping requirements, conducting reviews for artifacts, managing execution, defect reporting until closure, and adhering to established testing processes.
  • Additionally, you will participate in project initiation, understand requirements, prepare/assist in test estimation, formulate test strategy or Test Plan, allocate tasks and monitor progress, coordinate and manage test schedules, and conduct reviews and inspections of test deliverables.
  • You will also execute tests, track and monitor defects to closure, produce test metrics and test reports, and implement creative and innovative ways of testing to meet project goals without compromising quality.
  • A thorough understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, Jenkins, GitHub is required, and you will have experience implementing these technologies in all projects.
  • Other responsibilities include participating in project meetings to provide feedback and statistics of the project in relation to test quality, driving projects for value streams, supporting them comfortably, understanding Agile concepts, SAFe framework or Scrum framework, and capturing reusability for a project from BST & Automation perspectives.
