Purchasing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Purchaser at Treet Corporation Limited in Faisalabad. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the timely and efficient procurement of materials for our Pharmaceutical Division.

The ideal candidate will have excellent research skills, proficiency in relevant knowledge, and strong communication skills. They will be responsible for evaluating potential suppliers, collecting proposals, and ordering material at the local level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluating suppliers based on their qualifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Collecting and reviewing proposals from suppliers to ensure they meet our requirements.
• Preparing and distributing RFQs (Requests for Quotation) as per company policy.
• Issuing purchase orders and ensuring timely deliveries from vendors.
• Coordinating with production and sales departments to manage the supply of materials.
• Complying with all procurement standards and regulations as per company policy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Excellent research skills and proficiency in relevant knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
