About the Role

This position is ideal for individuals who can work independently and operate with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative and ownership of quality assurance projects. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for quality assurance and a proven track record of driving innovation and improvement in testing methodologies.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  1. Lead agile testing efforts to prevent defects and issues efficiently.
  2. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and address them effectively.
  3. Design and develop automated test scripts to ensure repeatability and scalability of tests.
  4. Integrate testing suites into the CI/CD pipeline.
  5. Advocate for best practices in quality assurance and lead initiatives to improve testing methodologies.
  6. Act as the voice of quality to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in information technology or relevant work experience.
  2. 4+ years of experience in quality assurance.
  3. Strong experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  4. Proficient in test automation tools, especially Selenium.
  5. Demonstrable experience with regression testing and CI/CD integrations.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
