Senior IOS Developer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior IOS Developer to join our team.

  • This is a senior-level technical role that involves designing and developing advanced applications for the iOS platform.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in software development, with a strong understanding of iOS frameworks such as Core Data and Core Animation.

The successful candidate will also have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced applications for the iOS platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation
  • Identify potential problems and resolve application bottlenecks
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance by continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Requirements & Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • No less than 5 years of proven working experience in software development
  • Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation
  • Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
  • Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
  • Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines
  • Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred
  • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
