We are seeking a highly skilled IT Assistant to join our team, supporting the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing expert technical guidance to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing high-quality technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
  2. Diagnosing and resolving technical problems using advanced troubleshooting techniques and technical expertise.
  3. Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems, including computers, networks, CCTV, and peripheral devices, to ensure optimal performance and security.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of IT inventory and monitoring system performance to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborating with teams to resolve connectivity issues and address network-related problems, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  6. Developing and implementing cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  7. Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations, serving as a valuable resource for future reference.
Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, along with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and teamwork abilities, are essential for success in this role.
