Job Description

Data Analysis and Performance Enhancement

The role of a Senior Performance professional involves analyzing data to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of power and water stations. This includes effective data management, performance analysis, and reporting to ensure optimal productivity and resource utilization.

  1. Data Collection and Analysis: Record and regularly update the operational status and availability of all power and water stations, maintain comprehensive databases tracking daily generation, power output, fuel consumption, water production, and distribution.
  2. Performance Reporting: Prepare daily performance sheets for all stations highlighting key operational metrics and trends, collect and analyze data from the historian raw database weekly and monthly to generate detailed performance analysis reports.
  3. Trend Analysis and Insights: Gather monthly data on chemical usage, maintenance activities, store management, and prepare comparative monthly analysis reports to management, compile reports on critical daily defects and operational activities.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Confirm and report on the daily and monthly availability of RAF-A3, collaborate with the Finance department to generate monthly EBS invoices for RAF-A2 and RAF-A3, provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to the assigned team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management: Organize and supervise the work of the assigned team to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out efficiently and in accordance with operating procedures and policies.
  • Decision Making and Consultation: Operate under the mandates authorized by the responsible Line Manager, ensuring all functional and operational activities are managed with high standards of quality and reporting, thus upholding accountability and transparency.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Participate in executing the Operations & Maintenance division's comprehensive business and operational strategy, responsible for contributing to meeting business and operational goals within the functional area.
